Hundreds attended the ceremony at the 5-star Conrad in Dublin, to enjoy the wonderful occasion, celebrate and be recognised for outstanding work and contributions to customer experience.   

It was fantastic to see organisations of all sizes, public and private, from several different industries all around the country, pack the room and share such a wonderful occasion.

The MC for the evening was RTE presenter and co-host of the Today Show, Sinead Kennedy! After an amazing dinner, she initiated proceedings with her infectious energy, as the awards got underway. 

After the awards, the evening finished up with music into the early hours, the atmosphere was absolutely fantastic!
