How do I enter?

Entries can be submitted online via our entry portal. Simply select the relevant category, complete the entry form, and upload any supporting materials. Alternatively, you can email your entry directly to Becci at Rebecca.mahon@cmgtraining.com if you prefer to submit via email or have any issues.

How much does it cost?

There is no fee to enter the Customer Experience Awards.

Who can enter?

The Customer Experience Awards are open to individuals, teams, and organisations across all industries who are delivering exceptional customer experience. This includes businesses of all sizes—public, private, and non-profit—as well as agencies, suppliers, and consultants who contribute to customer experience success.

Friday 24th October 2025 at the Royal Marine Hotel, Dublin

Can I enter more than one category

-Yes, you can enter as many categories as applicable, up to a maximum of 10. You must submit a separate entry each time.
