The Customer Experience Awards were held on Friday October 24^th , with the winners announced at the black-tie award ceremony held in the historic Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

It was fantastic to see the room filled with so many organisations small and large across several sectors dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience.

The MC for the evening was, Martin King who commenced proceedings with Brendan Barret, head of the CEA judging panel and a video message from Minister for Employment , Small business and Retail - Alan Dillon.
